How Anchor Care, Inc. handles personal information collected through anchorcare.ai and in business communications.
Effective November 1, 2026
This policy describes how Anchor Care, Inc. ("Anchor") collects, uses, and shares personal information through the website at anchorcare.ai and in business communications with Anchor. It does not govern health plan member information that Anchor processes on behalf of health plans. That information is covered by the section "Health plan member information" below.
The contact, demo request, and materials request forms ask for a name, work email address, job title, organization, and message, and may ask for plan type, states served, number of lives served, and area of interest. Anchor uses Formspree to receive these submissions and deliver them to Anchor by email.
The compliance reporting page, this page, and the Trust Center load none of these analytics, advertising, or font services.
Anchor keeps email and meeting correspondence with prospective customers, partners, investors, and vendors in its Google Workspace account.
Anchor does not sell personal information. Anchor shares personal information only with the service providers named in this policy, which process it to provide their services; with professional advisers under a duty of confidentiality; where required by law or legal process; and with a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Anchor provides software and services to health plans as a business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Member information Anchor receives from a health plan, including protected health information, is governed by HIPAA and by Anchor's Business Associate Agreement with that plan, not by this website policy. Under those agreements, Anchor:
Members should direct questions and requests about their information to their health plan. The plan's Notice of Privacy Practices describes members' rights.
Anchor keeps website inquiries and business correspondence for as long as needed for the purpose for which they were collected and for Anchor's legal and record-keeping obligations, and then deletes them.
Anchor protects personal information with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. The Trust Center describes Anchor's security and compliance program. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. Anchor does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Anchor posts any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
